I have two customers that exist and are active in QuickBooks but they do not sync into Method (customer list screen). What makes this even stranger is that the Jobs asscociated to these two customers do sync into Method correctly.
the 2 Examples are
Xterra/Dirty Spokes (parent customer - does not sync)
there are 18 Jobs for this customer, all of which do successfully sync
Maine Cancer Center (parent customer - does not sync)
there are 5 Jobs including two sub jobs for one of them, all of which appear on the customer list.
While there are several "entity" errors in the Resolve Conflicts screen, none of them pertain to either of these customers. I have confirmed that there is no filtering occuring on the list and have verified the customers don't appear in any of the views available.
In QuickBooks I have resorted the customer list (while showing all customer) and have even gone as far as to test what would happen if one of these customers was to be merged into a new one forcing the QB record to be rewritten. None of this has made a difference.
Hoping you can help because I am at that point where I am ready to bang my head on the wall...
