I have customers that are experienceing an error when trying to create thier new password after registering through the portal. The error is "Your login appears to be invalid, has expired, or cookies are blocked. Please return to the login form and try again."
This error happens when a customer registers through the portal, enters thier email address and chooses a username, they recieve the temporary password. then return to the login and enter the username and temporary password, then are asked to choose new password, which they do and when they click submit, the error pops up and doesn't allow them to continue.
I had one customer attempt this multiple times and from different computers with the same result. However, I created a dummy account from my computer and was able to register and login normally as expected.
Any ideas as to what I can have these customers do to correct this error? If this is a cookie error, what settings specifically can they change to have thier computer allow the cookies sent by method?
