It would be totally awesome if the Outlook Integration tool came equiped with a data field mapper kind of like what UPS worldship has or FedX manager has.
It would open alot of possibilities I think.(maybe you'e already heading this direction. forgive me if that's the case)
For example, if a QuickBooks/Method user used the cutomer name field as a contact field, they could custom map that. Or if a QuickBooks/Method user used scheduled tasks as cases, those fields could be mapped to the appropriate case fields.
Various phone numbers, emails, and address could be mapped to custom new fields in method.
If somebody wanted to use the profile picture field in the customer table to display the customer picture on the customer screen that field could be mapped to the OutLook data field wherever it's stored in outlook. etc etc.
Maybe required fields could be elliminated or added so the sync happens more automatically or more carefully.
