Active, Non-inventory Part Item not populating in Item Table

    Active, Non-inventory Part Item not populating in Item Table

    I have a Shipping and Handling item that will not populate within the Item Table of invoices or sales orders when the entire item is typed.  This item has been working for months, and all of a sudden is not populating. 

    I confirmed that it is still active.  It is a non-inventory item. 

    Any ideas why this won't populate?

    What is the name of this item? (If its something you don't want posted here email it to me directly). If you type in part of the item name does it show up in the drop down?

    Yea no problem.

     

    It's "S&H". 

    And no, that's the main problem- it's doesn't drop down when I type part of the name, or the entire name...

    Hey cpitts,

    It looks like the '&' is causing this issue. I will create a ticket for this.
