    The filter does not work when selecting 'My Active Customers...' although the customers are assigned to specific sales reps. The filter only works when a 'Shared Customer' option is selected.

    How should I go about correcting the problem?

    Hi LAppeal,

    I have a couple of questions to ask you:

    1. Is this happening on an original screen or a customized screen?
    2. In the QuickBooks tab group, if you go to Employees > Employee List, are you added as an employee?
    3. If you go to Customize > Users and cick on the Edit... link for your username, in Step 1 of 10, in the dropdown for Link to Employee/Vendor/OtherName (SalesRep), is your name selected as a sales rep for your username?
