    Hi There,


    What will happen if one customer makes another enquiry and use the same email address he used before? Will Method create another lead or update the existing one?

    Hi Peet,

    Method will create another lead in Method because the e-mail address doesn't have to be unique. The "Lead Name" and "Contact" field thought has to be unique.
