Activities not on calander

    Activities not on calander

    My method calendar is not syncing with my outlook calendar.  Any suggestions?

    Hi info@jemelsmith.com, 

    When you select the "Setup" link for the Outlook Plug-In in Outlook within the "Method" section, make sure that in the "Appointments Details" tab within the "Settings for Outlook Add-in for Method Integration" window that comes up, that you click on the "Choose..." button which will give you the option to assign an activity in Method to an activity in Oultook. That will allow you to make sure that the calendar in Outlook is synching with the calendar in Method.

    Hi info@bottomlinetaxservices.com, 

    In addition to my original response, within that same window, if you select the "Appoinments" tab, please make sure that in the "Synchronize the following activiy types" dropdown selection, that the "Activity Types" from Method that you want to synchronize has a checkmark in either the (Select All) option which will choose all of the activity types or each individual activity type in the list.
