When working off my activity list and I click on the account. It only shows one contact person how do I get the bio of another contact person from the same company without having to go back to customers and bring back up the particular customer?
From your activities list click > Go To... then on the left hand side of the page you'll see the Contact Information section. Click the text just above the contact name that says Lead / Customer / Vendor / Employee Info. Then from the edit customer popup scoll down a little and there are a series of tabs, click the tab for Contacts and you see a list of all the contacts associated with this Customer.
