To change the stock timing on either the Activity Calendar or your Field Service Calendar follow these steps:

1. Click Customize > Screens
2. Find your Calendar (CRM_ActivityCalendar or FieldService_Calendar) and click copy
3. On step 1 select copy from This Account click next
4. On step 2 rename your screen and click next
5. On step 3 select Replace links to an existing screen: then click Finish
6. After the copy finished rollover your screen name and click the Edit button.
7. Inside the screen designer click edit on the calendar object
8. Step 1 will allow you to set the calendar options including the day start and end.
9. Click Finish
10. Click Publish
