Using Customer Jobs in QuickBooks it is a nice way to track multiple jobs for one customer.  QuickBooks also provides various reports to help analyze the statistics and profitability of a particular job. 

We notice that if we use Customer Jobs in QB, for instance a planting job for Customer Smith and a paving job for Customer Smith, it creates 2 different customers in Method.

 Does Method offer an alternative to tracking and reporting jobs so that we don’t have these duplicate customer names?

The alternative is to customize your pages or reports with some filtering.  Method is contact driven so all your jobs are also contacts (even though they are under the same customer they could have a different contact).
