Step 4 (Dropdown Choices) of Dropdown Menu Properties only allows me to select a unique table field with the 'Select Field' menu. I can select any field to show in column 2 and column 3.

When the menu displays, I only see the first column for the selected item (while all three columns display when the menu is open).

Could we show all the columns for the selected item? Or could we allow any field to be selected with the 'Select Field' menu?

The initial display is only meant for the first (main) field this drop down is based on.  If we were to display all three columns it would require too much space and it might be confusing if the label wasn't clear.  Those extra columns are to help with quickly searching for a record (all three columns are taken into account when you type) and for informational purposes.
