I have a question regarding the capabilities of the Gmail gadget. I have an internal email (with another employee) regarding a customer. I would like to track the email to the customer in Method. Is there a way to do that without permanently associating the employee with the Customer in Method?
To add an internal email as an activity for a customer you simply need to search for the customer then add the activity. With the email you'd like to add open, click search to find the customer you want to add this email to. Once you find the customer click their name to make it the active record for the gadget. Next click Add Activity and add some comments then click save. This will add the email you have open as an activity to the customer record.
