NeilRick: I guess I am really just asking if there is a guide or webinar on how things are named/stored when they sync with quickbooks.
This is no specific guide or webinar on this topic. What you see in Method as far as table structure/naming is how it would appear in QuickBooks - however you can't see any table structure in QuickBooks itself, there's just your data file. Your best bet to see the way Method stores information from QuickBooks would be to export a table like entity. Create a new record in QuickBooks, sync, then export the Entity table and you'll get a good overview of where the information from QuickBooks is stored.
