Hey John,
What version of Method CRM did you perform the customization on, the Septemper or October version? Please ensure you are logged into the appropriate version on your mobile device as well, i.e. if you performed the customization on the October version then ensure you are using the October version on your mobile device. To find out which version of Method CRM you are using go to the login page and at the bottom of the screen you will see a link either stating Switch to the October version or Switch to the September version. If you're currently using the October version you will see the link for the September version and vice versa.
If you are using the same version on your mobile that you performed the customizations on then please let me know and provide as much details as possible in regards to what you customized.
