Problem this morning copying a screen from one account to another. The last few days I have been trying to fix some issues in my account and at method tech support suggestion I created a trial account to do so. In the process I moved some of my custom screens to trial account to sandbox them while i worked on my original account.
Anyway Iv'e not had problem copying screens from one account to another until this morning. Everytime I click on final step I get a pop that says "An error has occured. An email has been sent to Method staff. If this problem persists, please conatact the Method team.
I am hoping to resolve this before weekend is out becuase I need to copy these screens and be able to make some changes while all my users are out of the system for the weekend.
Would anyone know why this is happening? Is Method doing some update on the system that has blocked copying between accounts?
