Is there any way to copy and paste objects or details of an object. For example, if I want a button to show up on several screens that has exactly the same actions and formatting, is there a way to copy and paste or otherwise avoid having to start making it again from scratch?

Fields/Objects cannot be copied, they have to be manually dragged onto the screen. You can utilize the Call Another Action Set action to copy actions from a different object/field, or if you want to use the same action multiple times within the same object/field you can just click the Copy link after you've added the original action. However, you can't copy actions or use the Call Another Action Set action across different screens.
