In this kind of situation where you feel you have done everything correct and Method and QB are still not talking, we urge you to contact your business consultant as soon as possible so that we can restore this function.
Things to think about before contacting your rep;
Have you synced your Method account with another company file?
Method accounts are meant to be bound to 1 company file. You cannot sync 1 Method account to more than 1 Company file.
Have you moved the company file to another pc?
