somehow i deleted the route list template, is there a way to download a new one?
or can you guide me how to start a new one ?

I copied the stock report back into your account. It's called FieldService_RouteListV3. Just a tip, if you would like to modify a report, always make a backup copy of the stock report first. This way if you don't like the modifications you made, you can always go back to the stock report.
