Is there a way to setup the Quickbooks sync so that is syncs everything to Method CRM from Quickbooks.  But if changes are made in Method we do not want everything to Sync back to Quickbooks.  For example we do not want invoices changed in Method and we definitely don't want any changes updated from Method to QuickBooks.

So is there a way to limit what is synced between Method and QuickBooks?

OR is there a way to make certain things read only in Method so they can't be changed.

Hi Brian,

There's no one-way-only sync available as that would defeat the purposed of our Sync Engine. You can, however, prevent most transactions from being synced over to QuickBooks by utilizing the Wait For Sync Approval? option. For other types of records you would not want to be modified and synced from Method, you can edit your screens and make the appropriate fields read-only or alternatively, only allow certain roles to be able to execute your Save buttons.

Out of curiosity, why do you not want changes in Method to be synced over to QuickBooks?
