How can i change the link that is in some of the email templates  http://urlforportal/ into a button inside the email?   And is it possible to make the button show our company logo or another image?

You can do something like this by writing up the code in HTML, you can edit the template code by clicking the HTML button on the toolbar. Perform a quick search online for assistance on getting this done. I found an example that may help but it isn't exactly what you're looking for.

Remember to use your actual portal URL in the code, you can get it by going to Customize > Portals > click Get sign-in page web address... > then right-click and copy the URL.
