If I come on board with Method I'll be giving up the "Routing Assistant" feature in Service CEO online edition. It works like this: Clicking the Routing Assitant for a particular technician will plot out all of their jobs for that day on Google Maps. Each job will have a number (or letter) so you can see how they are routed which empowers you to make adjustments to optimize routing efficiency. The question is: 1. Aproximately how many hours of customization will it take to replicate this? 2. Since this is such a valuable tool (& will help you win over new customers from SCEO, will you add this feature to the Pro version?
