You are in luck! We have reports that you can run from Method on various items including customers and contacts. Here is the blog post on Method reports that has more information. In Method, go to Customer -> Customer Reports. On theis screen you can generate simple reports on your customers and contacts. You can try the Quick Report or you can try some of the advanced and custom reports. Try the combination Custom - CRM_ContactsList - no filter. I believe this is what you are looking for.
