Method Community

We have crated a number of Email templates with images mainly gif pictures. We have two problems first the images keep disappearing from the template so they need to re uploaded and re-added to the template. Second when we send the email the images are not included.

Any ideas?

I use to have the same issue and I am not sure if this is the correct way of doing it but here goes.

I used a picture box then uploaded the pic to the template and it worked for me.

Hello Adrian,
   Thanks John for the post. You are referring to adding images to a report in the report designer.  To add a picture, you need to add Picture Box control to the report and modify it to make an image appear.  Dragging the image onto the report designer only makes the picture appear in the designer and not the report.
   The email editor is different.  You can upload an image to Method that is viewable in an email.  I have found a ticket logged in for this issue. Images not appearing in emails that are uploaded to Method.  I also tested it and could not get the image to appear in an email.  I must ask if you are using the live October version or the stage July version?
