Sync appears to work but the date of the last sync is not updated

    Sync appears to work but the date of the last sync is not updated

    Whilst the sync process appears to go through all tables sucessfully using either full sync or changes only - the date on the control panel remains unchanged.  Is this something you can help with please.

    Hello Antonio,

          The sync engine can appear to go through tables fine but timeout or error out. It then will not update the sync date and time on the Synchronize page.  Is there an error in the Method Integration Engine (MIE)?  Do you have sync conflicts in your Resolve Conflicts list?  Send an email to support@method.me or give us a call at 1-888-925-6238 x2 so we can take a look.  You can include the account name and make sure the MethodSupport user is turned on.

    I had the same thing yesterday and found a solution.  I changed the incremental sync timing from 15 minutes to 20 minutes, saved my settings, waited 30 seconds then set my sync timing back to 15 minutes and saved my settings.  Soon there after the incremental sync time stamp started updating.  Hope that helps.
