How do i export a list of customers who have unsubscribed from mailing list or better yet how do i print a list of all customers except those who have unsubscribed?

There is no built in functionality in Method that would allow you to export a list of subscribed or unsubscribed customers. If you are integrating with MailChimp then you might want to have a read of this Help Centre article and have a look at the MailChimp knowledge base, specifically this article.
