Customized Contact Drop Down

    Customized Contact Drop Down

    Is there a way to create a customized drop down field in the Case Activities screen that returns contacts but only those with a certain tag?  This is a new implementation of Method and we will probably have thousands of contacts in the database, but would only want this drop down to list those that have a tag equal to "Referrals".  Any tips or ideas would be much appreciated - thanks.

    Hi Mike,

    When configuring the properties for the drop down box, on step 5 of 6 you can set filters. In your example you can choose the TagList field and set the filter to Contains and have it matching the tag you would like to use

    Thanks.  I tried creating the dropdown in the Cases table but it only gave me three screens for options and didn't offer one for filters.  I'll play around with it a little more and see if I can find it.  Thanks for the quick reply.
