ERROR: It appears the screen is currently out of sync.

    ERROR: It appears the screen is currently out of sync.

    I put together a custom screen today and when I went to preview it, the system popped up with this message:

    ERROR: It appears the screen is currently out of sync. Please try logging out and back in to Method. If this is a custom screen, you can alternatively republish. If the problem persists, please contact your administrator. 

    I went through logging in and out a few times, republishing the screen a few times, and combinations of the two.  Just for safe measure I also cleared my cache and tried other browsers.  I then tried to create just a quick test screen to see if it could be previewed and used.  It came up with the same error.

    Also, possibly related, when I log into Method it says it is generating 6 screens.  I recognize them all but they have already been generated before.

    Anyone have any ideas or seen these problems?

    I'm experiencing the same issue trying to work with a new screen I just created. I first noticed it when trying to use the new screen from the 'Show Screen In Pop Up' action. It doesn't show up in the available screen dropdown list despite it being published (and logging in/out a couple times as well like the OP described).

    I also was met with the 'out of sync' error.

    We are aware of this issue and are actively working toward a resolution. I will post back here when I have some more information for you.
