    Adding New User Error

    I was trying to set up a couple of new users so I could send them some cases ect ect and it will not accept any password, no matter how many characters and numbers you have.  Below is the error

    Password Failed: Password must contain at least 1 character(s), such as '!'

    Wait, when I actually used the character "!" it worked.  Don't tell me you are going to have to have a !@#$%^&*()?>< or something in your password?  Oh, that wasn't a cuss word.Big Smile YET

    Kevin - you can change that preference under Customize > My Account.  In there you can tone down the security restrictions on passwords so that they don't have to contain a special character.  It is advised, however, that you do keep at least one special character.
