I was walking a customer through logging into our customer portal that is linked through a button on our company website. We were unable to log in when using Internet Explorer - we were led to a screen similar to the login screen (but in a courier font) that said the username/password didn't exist. But we tried with Chrome and it worked.
Is there some known issue with IE, or certain versions of it?
Or, please let me know what can be done to prevent/fix this.
