    Mobile Issue

    I am able to successfully log in to the Mobile version from phone, tablet or PC - However when going to the work order screen - it fails to load the grid....

    just spins and does not load

    Suggestions??

    Greetings,

    I have had the same issue.  Take the screen off tabs then logg out of method.  Log back into method on the mobile to check that the screen is not there then logg out.

    Log back into main method and put that screen back into the mobile screen tabs and logg out. Log back into method main screen and check that your screen is in mobile tabs. Logg out.

    Log back into method mobile, should work.  

    Works for me doing it this way.
