I created a new custom screen in the Contacts app. I then added a Portal Navigation object to the top of the screen and selected the existing Customer Contacts Portal as the navigation Menu. After that I clicked the Edit Nav Menus button and added my custom screen as a link in the portal. I did this months ago and every now and then the link to my custom page just disappears. I haven't tried it often enough to know exactly when the link is disappearing, but my first guess would be that it happens when an update gets pushed out.

To clarify, you suspect that it's getting cleared out when we push updates to Method:New?

If you can replicate the issue that would be best, and I can put a ticket in for it immediately. If not, I can create a case and one of us will reach out to get a better idea.
