None of my web-to-lead forms are working correctly since Aug 22. I have several web-to-lead forms on two different domains. I have also placed several test form submissions today without a single lead coming through on the Method side. Everything appears to work on my end, yet leads are not received by Method. I have error emails turned on but have yet to receive one during this time frame. Did the submission URL change? Something else?

Nothing has changed and your webforms should be still working with no issues.
I tested a few here on my account and I have Leads being transferred over.
Has anything changed on your host that can be causing issues?
