Method Integration Engine stop (or crashed) while processing Invoices

    Method Integration Engine stop (or crashed) while processing Invoices

    Hi,

    We use Method Classic and working with QuickBooks 2013 Windows Desktop. Starting last week (Aug/17/2015), Method integration engine stop (or crashed) while processing Invoices (I read this from screen process message.) I once switch my QuickBooks for some reasons, then Method integration engine happened to work. However, it does not work all the time, and I'd like to know any solution to this. 

    Here is the last few lines of the log:

    Hey Alex,

    Please also send me the Sync Engine log:

    > Go to your Method Integration Engine client and under "help" enable the options "Continue On Error" and "Trace for troubleshooting". At this point run a sync.

    > Once the sync completes, there will be a log generated. If you are using Windows XP, the Engine Log folder is typically “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MethodIntegration”. If you are using Vista or later, the Engine Log folder is typically “C:\ProgramData\MethodIntegration”. Please also upload that log file.
