I have a True/False custom field in the estimate line table called “Show on Print”. When that box is checked on the estimate line, I want the line to show on the print preview. When that box is not checked I want the line to be excluded from the print preview.

How can I do this in Method Report Designer? Under Behavior >> Scripts, I see a "Print On Page" Option. Can I use that? If so, how?

This is certainly possible in the report Designer. The easiest way to accomplish this is to edit the existing Estimate Print template, and find the section labelled "DetailReport - "Estimate.EstimateLine.Estimate"'  

Clicking on the ellipses beside Filter String will bring up the options you are looking for here. You can set the report to only show Items where the YesNo field is checked.
