Due to the nature of our business, I am trying to find a working solution to combine all Work Orders and Task (Activity) Calendars into one unified calendar. The main purpose of this unified calendar is to be able to gain an overview of all scheduled work orders and tasks at once, and to be able to drag and drop scheduled work orders and tasks on different dates as needed. Switching back and forth between the work order calendar, the activity calendar, and changing filters/views is much more tedious than we need it to be.
The current filters (Assigned To & Status) are perfect. We would like to add an additional calendar filter to filter by Billing State / Prov if possible.
The standard view needs to default to a “monthly” calendar view. However, it would be extremely helpful to have a 2 month view (as opposed to one) as this will make it easier to drag and drop items from one month to the next.
The work orders & tasks simply need to display the Company Name on the calendar because any work order or task will be assigned to a company name.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
