Currently there is no easy way to select an associated campaign for an activity that doesn't have an associated opportunity.

For example,  I've just recieved an email from my copywriter.  I want to add it to method and associate it with the appropriate campaign.

In the next revision for cases such as this, can campaign be a selectable option?
