    Error following url from copy of Web-To-Lead screen

    Hi Audisho,

    I'm not the original author of this post, but this is related to a problem I am having.

    I am not able to do any screen level edits. When I do change the default screen, the murl link will no longer work. I get an error that I do not have permission to view the page.

    I brought this up several months ago here in the form and was told that this was a known issue and was to be fixed. It appears that it has not been.

    For all intensive purposes, a web-to-lead form that can not be customized is almost useless.

    Hi GroGreen,

    I split your post and created a new thread since it was not related to the original post. In the future, please either continue your previous thread or create a new one.

    I checked on the ticket for this issue and it should be resolved. Can you test this again and post back with your result?

    Still no luck. MethodSupport User is enabled if you'd like to have a look.

    Hi GroGreen,

    It looks like the copy isn't receiving the same security settings as the stock screen. Try changing the security settings of the copy to allow it to be shared both publicly and with guests.
