Method Screen Not Responding

    Method Screen Not Responding

    I built a RMA screen, and placed it under the "cases" tab within my method CRM. Every time I go to update the the table or fields screen I get an Error Message.

    "We were unable to resolve your request. Either the screen you are trying to access does not exist, or there was a problem with your request."

    Recommended Actions:

    1. If the screen has been replaced or republished by another user of your system. Please try signging out and signing back in.

    2. If this issue persists, go to Customize >Tab links, and make sure the tab link is correct for this screen.

    3. Try closing and reopening your Browser.

    I can't seem to resolve the issue, and everytime I click on the edit tables screen this message pops up and I can't go back unless I refresh method, or sign in and out.
