    Inventory Adjustment

    Hello Method!

    I have a question about the Inventory Adjustment Screen.

    When I hit save I am getting this error message:

    Is Inventory not allowed to be entered in Method anymore?

    Hi there jsautel,

    Inventory Adjustment is certainly still supported in Method!

    This Error message is actually a slightly cryptic response to the save action - which is essentially telling us that there is a Minor Table corruption on one or more of the tables related to this record insertion.

    Fortunately, this is an easy fix in most cases - We just need to regenerate any related tables (relative to the table throwing the error at the time)- and you should be all set. IVe already gone ahead and done this in your account, would you be able to test again to see if its working for you?

    In future, if you need to regenerate a table, follow this steps;

    1. Navigate to the Customize Tab > Tables/Fields Tablink
    2. Click on the name of the table you want to regenerate
    3. Click Finished Editing Fields in the bottom right hand corner of the popup screen
    4. Done! Table Regenerated.
    The Trick is often just figuring out which table needs regeneration. Start with the Table the screen throwing the error is based off - and any corresponding "LineItem'/sub tables. Next its a good idea to regenerate the Item table, and the Entity table

    In your case i regenerated;
    InventoryAdjustment
    InventoryAdjustmentLine
    Item
    Entity

    Let me know if this works for you, You may need to sign out and back in to make sure the screens are fresh and not cached. If you run into any errors, we can continue regenerating tables until I find the culprit :)

    Hey ben thanks for the advice. However I'm still getting the error. I tried to regenerate the table and its still not working. What else can I do?
