We have consistently had connection issues with our Method Integration Engine. I have contacted Method through live chat/email multiple times and there doesn't seem to be any way to resolve this beyond being told to reboot the computer/engine and try again. That avenue is not working. Period.
When I try to connect, it says this: Error: GetAccountingPreferences: Unable to connect to the remote server'------company file open------
I have been messing around with the Engine a bit more recently and tried to do a "Full Sync" on the Integration Engine which spit out the following error before it started cycling through the above error message:

at MethodIntegrationEngine.QuickBooks.fnGetAccountingPreferences(String sDataBaseName, String sLogin, String sPassword)/STACKTRACE'/ERROR'
We have barely been able to connect to Method in February and it is severely impeding our ability to run the business. I would appreciate a resolution ASAP.
