Method Community

I'm sorry if I"m missing something here, but how do I open the docuement once I save it/link it in Method?  Can't I do this from within Method?  

 I'm new to the community and product, and I was wondering if there was any instruction on the report designer tools besides the web casts out there?  I have used those.   Specifically, how do I set a parameter for a report?  I'm running a report to show Opportunities and Activities and I don't want CLOSE ...

 I have access to the tab, but I can't type anything in the Screen Name field and the Copy/Import screen button doesn't work???

If I'm not able to enter a new screen name on the Customize Tab/ Create a New Screen window, what access does my ADMIN need to give me?

 What field in the Customer table do I use to only pull LEADs into my report?  Do I need to set parameters on the field?  New to reporting tool. Thank you.
