     Chad, I should have provided some better information the first time around. I attempted to clear all the conflicts on 6/2/12-  They reappeared. Our transaction history sync is set to 60 days.  We keep previous year information in our active QB file.  So the archiving had to do with all transactions prior to 12_31_10. I ...

  • Resolve Conflicts

    I have 17,000 items to resolve.  Most say something like the following:  The record with identify of 'XXXXX-XXXXX' appears to have been deleted  in QuickBooks. Any chance this is due to archiving the QuickBooks database? Any way to delete them all together instead of 1 by 1?

  • Payments through portal _ automated notifcation of payment received

    I ran a test payment through on online portal. The good news is that the online payment portion worked like a charm.  The bad news is I received the "notice of Payment received" email 16 consecutive times? I don' t believe I edited anything related to this message.  Any ideas?

    I set up an action where everytime an email address changes an email is sent out to the appropriate person.  It works great!  What if the email address change occurs in Quickbooks?  The change obviously shows up in Method, but the text change from QuickBooks doesn't  trigger any action?  Is there a ...
