That's seems to have remedied the situation. And it was very slow the first time it loaded.

How long is an "acceptable" time to wait? I waited for 10 minutes and still nothing...
The Activity is listed as an Incomplete Activity with a type of Email sent and status In Progress, is there any other helpful information I may be able to supply to you assist you in resolving this?

Actually I was in the Sales Center Dashboard and clicked on My Activities. I then clicked the Go to.. for the listed activity which popped up the Add/ Edit Activity window. That was the blank window I was referring to.

Has there been any consideration for the larger companies running the QB Database Server Manager hosting the files across their network? In other words...can the Method Integration Engine listen on the server and push the info up to the web without having a copy of the QB program running on the server? (which we don't)

I'm bringing this back to the top, because I can definately see the value of this portal...
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but I chose the default portal in the Third Party portal tab and applied the html to our website by creating an enitely new web page called ../Cust_login.htm
I can login successfully but the landing page ...

We have multiple QB companies with seprate company files. I have one QB file currently synched and would like to load a seperate QB file. What would be a best practice for using Method to access those companies separately.
