Amanda, Thank you for replying. Yes we do an auto back-up in the early AM hours. Being able to pause the engine would be nice. One less thing to think about. I'll wait to here from you. Jim

We use an online back up service for QB. It will not back up if the method integration engine is running. If we shut down the engine then we have to log into and wait while method scans the QB files for changes. This can take some time. Is there a way around this?

We are a field service company. Our techs will have mobile computers to access method rather than through a cellular device. I feel it will be quicker for them to use and they will use the lap top for accessing manufacaturers sites for tech info. Ryan Thank you for responding. I will try that on the next screen. I did notice that if I leave the fields and objects all at their smallest size and close the fields and objects section, the layout seems to work better. After the layout is finished, then expand the objects and fields to the size I want. Have you found this to be true?  

I am having trouble with the lines staying the same size horizontally and vertically while tring to customise a screen in Field Services. Reloading the screen does not always work. This problem seems very eratic. Sometimes I will end up with two objects in one field. When I view the page, my objects will not be uniform. Am I missing something? ...
