How do we configure Method to issue the call tp PayPal in Canadian funds instead of US funds? We have setup our internal Method account to use PayPal integration as a payment type now, and it DOES work, but the amount charged is in US funds, not Canadian.

Any timeline on the automatic Outlook sync? It would be a HUGE improvement!

On more than one computer, we cannot install the Outlook add-in for Method. We get a certificate error, saying the certificate used to sign the deployment manifest is not installing because it is expired or is not trusted.
I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but this happens consistently.

Any plans to have some sort of direct integration with MS Exchange? OR, at the very least an automatic sync?
This is by far the largest missing component for Method, and it is something I hear time and time again from existing, and potential clients of Method Integration.

Since upgrading our method system to CRM Pro 2.0 system, we now have issues with cases. Specifically when you try and apply one of the filters (active, closed, etc) it still shows ALL cases. It is hard to view the open cases as they cannot be filtered in any way.

We all of a sudden cannot email from Method. Our exchange server is setup to allow relays from Method's IP address. Is it possible this changed recently? Can I confirm the IP address or addresses that need to be allowed access so that we can relay email through our exchange server here.

I just spent a long phone call with Quickbooks support. After they told me I had to buy a support package, I found the answer while I was on hold.
