Support,
When trying to calculate overtime (Allocate Overtime by View) I get the following error: "The remote server returned an error (400) bad request".
The first this was noticed was 4:00 pm yesterday and then again at 9:02 am today.
Thanks!

Sorry Val, you're correct, I was in the wrong area.
Unfortunately, accounting has already made the hours billable for the last pay period. I can report on this next Monday when we sync again.
Thanks!

Under "Time Entry Details" it shows: Billable Status: Billable

Support,
Our time entries that we pull from Xora are not being marked as billable once they are pushed to Quickbooks. In the mapping, we do have "Billable" as the status entry for the jobts.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Method,
The "Select or unselect all rows on page" box is not working after page 1. This seems to be a sitewide issue.
Thanks!

I would have deleted this if possible, but I cannot.
The error was caused when our Accountant changed the way the names are displayed in Quickbooks from Firstname Lastname to Lastname, Firstname. It appears that I ran the Get Xora Time before Method had the chance to update the employee list.
Thanks!

Method,
I am getting a strange error today when trying to sync my timetrack entries with quickbooks:
--------------------------------------
The value 'Employee Name' was not a valid dropdown list value for 'EntityRef'.
Additional Information
Action Sequence Order:6
--------------------------------------
Of course employee ...

Val,
I understand. I would like to put in the suggestion box that Method also filter to make sure the employee is active. As now I will have to reactivate each employee in Quickbooks so they show up in method and then remove their xora information. How ridiculous is that!
Thanks!

Method,
For some reason, our inactive employees are still show up under Connect with Xora. However, they do not show up under Employees.
How can I correct this?
Thanks!

Amanda,
Now the dates are also wrong in quickbooks. For example: employee birthday is now off 1 date in both Method and Quickbooks.
