Hi, Can you help me understand the relationship between Method and Quickbooks, when you are using SmartVault? I was under the assumption that if I upload a document to Method docs, in a Customer record, that I would see it in the Customer record while in Quick Books. Is this not the case? Hi, We have a few work orders that won't invoice when you go to "more actions" to create an invoice.   Do you know if there is a setting either in QuickBooks or in Method that would prevent an invoice from being created from a work order?  Thanks for your help. Suzanne B

Hi, This probably sounds like a stupid question -- Does the Opt out of Billing feature prevent an invoice from being created from a work order?  I would assume so. Also, i'm assuming that it's intentional that when you create an Alt Contact, the Opt out of Billing feature is automatically checked. Thanks -
