That is one of the accounts that sometimes the documents show and sometimes they don't. We are using Internet Explorer 9.

Michael,
The Baer Glass account doesn't have any "&" symbol in it, however it is not working. We have other accounts that are also having this problem. It seems the documents are viewable some of the time and not viewable other times. Thank you for your help!

Those settings have been changed. Our Method account name is xxxxxx(Removed by Method for security reasons ) and a couple of customers I am having trouble viewing documents with are Baer Glass, and A & K Glass. Let me know if you need any more information.

Michael,
I am just going to the customer's profile and clicking on the documents tab and then I click on a pdf icon. That's when I am redirected the an error page.
I am not sure if any of the screens are customized or not.
Even when I sign in and out the document is still not viewable.
