I can not seem to find a spot that allows me to show the totals of the column at the the bottom of a grid in the new method like there was in the classicic method.  Can you please help? 

Can you please show me the logic in the code for Assign Value to Action Reslut and loop through grid. I have tried all differnt configurations and it keeps deleting all the lines not just the one line.

I was painstakingly working on this and found that if you use the convert function that it displays the format of the date you want and also allows the grid to not have issues. The action that causes this change is showing and hiding the buttons, it seems as though as soon as i show hide the buttons then it wraps the buttons instead of stacks them.
