I have a grid on a main parent screen. To edit/add records for that grid, there is a button that opens a popup screen.
When I close the popup, I want to refresh a grid in a tabbed section of the main parent screen,
so the user doesn't have to manually refresh the grid.
Is there a way to do this? I know there's a refresh grid ...

I guess maybe we don't completely understand the meaning of the existing Lead Status options.
Can you please explain them?
We were thinking about Open and Closed just to be simple. Is there another way to define a Lead that we no longer need to pay attention to?

I would like to create my own Lead Status values other than Open, Qualified and Unqualified.
I have been unable to find where to make this change.
Is it possible for me to do so? And will it be ok if I do (i.e. I don't want to break anything!).

I need to have multiple addresses for a Lead other than the primary Billing/Shipping addresses.
Is there a way to accomplish this without creating lots of custom fields?

Thanks. I actually had my consulting session the other day and we got it figured out.
Turns out the user's email was overriding the template's From field when the template is selected.
We had to add some actions to bring in the From field from the template, actually.

Hi Chad,
Perhaps my last post was misleading. The From field is still not populating with the default that I set on the Template.
For example in the template, the From field is set to "notifications@mydomain.com".
In an Activity when I select the template to send email, the From field is set to "user@mydomain.com",
not the ...

I created a new template by creating a duplicate of an existing Method template and then
redoing all of teh body text. I don't think I started with the CRM_ActivityAssignedToUser.
Everything else is working as expected.
In the template, I have put in an email address for the From (default) field.
When I go to Activities--New ...
